CLIENT BRIEF
Every home is unique and should be a representation of your personality, taste and style.  We take time to understand your brief and what you desire with your home build.  Here we gain an understanding as to the level of finishes and other specifications that are desired.

COMMUNICATION
The key to all successful relationships is communication.  We are “hands on” Directors and are involved with our clients every step of the way.  We explain our building process to you thoroughly and are available to answer questions at all times.

NO HIDDEN COSTS
Our homes are custom built and not “off a standard plan” with a range of upgrades and/or additional costs associated with it.  Your home is quoted based on your building plans and specifications and of course your initial brief outlining the desired level of finishes.
